Greetings Internet Traveler,

Jeff Duff

Is that… Neo? Nah, it’s just me :)

Hello! My name is Jeffrey Duff (or just Jeff for short) and I will be your blogger today. Grab a drink and make yourself at home. :)

This blog is for anyone whom considers themselves a geek. Male or female, tall or short, if you enjoy playing video games, watching movies or finding geeky stuff around the world-wide web, ThatShortGuy.com is for you.

Alright, alright. So that’s only half the truth. I’ve wanted, for some time now, to be involved with the community team of a video game developer (or publisher). I enjoy reading other blogs, responding to comments and generally finding out what gamers are thinking. I also enjoy creative writing and strategic advertisement (I guess there is a little marketer in me).

With your help, hopefully I will get my name out there. The creative industry is one tough cookie to crack.

Okay, so a little about my gaming history. I grew up on the NES, skipped the SNES, and got the N64. The best game, in my opinion, is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time; it was the first game to show me a complete imaginary world with so much to do. Fast forward some 15 years and I now own a PC, Xbox 360, Wii and, of course, my trusty N64.

Why are there ads here?

You will notice a few ads around this blog. Everything earned through ads and sponsorships goes toward this project. If you’d like to sponsor me, just click the “Donate” button below. I’ll give you a shout-out on this page, Twitter and off my balcony while I’m wearing a Speedo. Okay, maybe not that far, but the money goes to travel and equipment costs of keeping this site going.

Hopefully this blog will offer something you have never seen before like a new game that you want to play or a random picture that brings out the inner geek in you. Whatever it is, I hope you enjoy your stay and look forward to reading your comments!

Yours truly,

Jeff
